Shipping
We offer a
range of shipping options, to suit your time and
budgetary constraints. Please review the
following list carefully and make sure you
select the shipping option that best suits your
needs. Shipping costs will be added to your
final order.
Please note
that you will be responsible for any customs
duties levied on your packages.
We offer four
types of shipping options to our customers.
Air Mail
– we use registered air mail as our most
cost effective, yet speedy shipping method.
Shipments to the US and Europe will take between
one to two weeks and less than a week within
Asia. We use “small packet” rates, which are
valid up to 2kg/4.4lbs. The following is a table
of rates:
EMS
– Express Mail
Service (EMS) is an affordable registered
courier service offered by the post office. It
is not quite as fast as Fedex, but is it much
less expensive. Packages to the US and Europe
take less than a week and a few days for Asia.
EMS rates are as follows:
SAL –
Surface Air Lift (SAL) or low-priority air mail,
is the most economical way to send packages.
However, this service also takes the longest. We
recommend customers use SAL if their order
exceeds 10kg/22lbs in weight and they do not
need the goods immediately. SAL is registered
and shipments to the US and Europe can take up
to two months, with shipments within Asia taking
up to one month.
Fedex
– Fedex is an
international courier service, which provides
the fastest shipping option, but also the most
expensive. Packages to the US and Europe will
take two to three working days and one to two
days within Asia. Fedex is currently charging
11% fuel surcharge to their rates, which we have
already incorporated in the rates below:
